  HEDGEROW FORAGING AND AFTERNOON TEA

 with Sonia Caldwell

Learning to identify edible plants, different habitats, how to find them, when to pick them and most importantly what not to pick. Afternoon tea with foraged ingredients  will be provided either on the walk or indoors after, depending on the weather.

We will meet in Ballydehob to car pool to the nearby location or information on the area will be given when you book.

5 course tasting menu with fresh foraged ingredients incorpostaed into the meal by chef Jamie Budd with a brief talk about the ingredients before.

SEASIDE FORAGING AND BRUNCH

Low tide seaside foraging and  learning about seaweeds, brunch on the shore using ingredients collected, and identifying other edible plants that grow near the shore. We will meet in Ballydehob to car pool to the shore or information on location will be given when you book.
